Kanazawa Kancho

Sensei Kanazawa is one of the last direct
students of Master Gichin Funakoshi, the
founder of Karate-do. Following his graduation
form Takushoku University Tokyo, Sensei
Kanazawa achieved the Japan Karate
Championship for three (3) consecutive years,
1957-1959. His long career as a master instructor
began in 1960. Since That time, Sensei Kanazawa
has earned worldwide respect as one of the
highest ranking and most popular Karate
practitioners. He continues to travel worldwide,
bringing with him values, and the highest level
in Karate knowledge to be found. Sensei
Kanazawa is truly one of the few to has earned
the title of Shihan(Master). His rank is 10th
degree Black Belt.
